Working Process

The filling process begins with empty bottles entering the conveyor system from an automatic bottle unscrambler or upstream production equipment. Guide rails and sensors position each bottle accurately beneath the filling nozzles.

 

Once the bottles are detected, the filling system dispenses the required product volume according to preset parameters. Depending on the product characteristics, the machine may utilize piston filling, gravity filling, or flow meter technology. For foaming products, diving nozzles can be incorporated to reduce splashing and improve filling quality.

 

After filling is completed, bottles automatically move to downstream equipment such as capping machines, induction sealing units, labeling machines, coding systems, or carton packing stations. The entire process is controlled through a centralized PLC system that monitors filling accuracy and machine performance.
