Working Process

The granule packing process begins with raw materials being loaded into a storage hopper. Depending on the product type, the hopper may include vibration systems to ensure smooth flow and prevent material bridging. For products with uneven particle size, controlled feeding ensures stable distribution into the weighing system.

 

The material is then lifted to the multi-head weighing system or volumetric dosing unit. In a multi-head weigher, granules are distributed into several weighing buckets. A computer control system calculates the optimal combination of buckets to achieve the target weight with high accuracy.

 

Once the correct combination is selected, the material is discharged into a forming and packaging system. In vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machines, film material is shaped into bags, filled with granules, and sealed in a continuous cycle. For pre-made pouch systems, bags are automatically opened, filled, and sealed in sequence.

 

During operation, the system continuously monitors weight accuracy and adjusts feeding speed accordingly. For sensitive products such as snacks or coated granules, gentle discharge systems are used to avoid product damage.

 

After sealing, packages move to downstream systems such as date coding, metal detection, check weighing, and carton packaging. The entire process is coordinated by a PLC control system that ensures stable synchronization across all modules.
